Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On April 1, 2020, Acasti Pharma Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the submission by the Company of its meeting request with the Food and Drug Administration, the annual grant of stock options to its employees, executive officers and directors and the proposed amendment of its stock option plan subject to approvals from the TSX Venture Exchange and shareholders of the Company at the Company’s next annual and special meeting. On April 1, 2020, this press release was filed with the Canadian securities regulatory authorities in Canada on the System for Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval. A copy of this press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
