Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain
Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

As described in Item 5.07 below, Acasti Pharma Inc. (the “Company”) held its Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders on September
30, 2024 (the “Meeting”). At the Meeting, the Company’s shareholders approved the Acasti Pharma Inc. 2024 Equity Incentive Plan (the “2024 Plan”).
A detailed description of the 2024 Plan was included in the Company’s Proxy Statement/Prospectus filed with the U.S. Securities and
Exchange Commission on August 7, 2024 (the “Proxy Statement”). Such description of the 2024 Plan does not purport to be complete and is qualified in its entirety by reference to the 2024 Plan, which is filed as Exhibit 10.1 to this Current Report
on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.

Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.

On September 30, 2024, the Company held the Meeting. Proxies for the Meeting were solicited pursuant to Section 14(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, and
there was no solicitation in opposition to the Company’s board of director’s solicitation. Holders of a total of 7,149,326 of the Company’s common shares were present or represented by proxy at the Meeting, representing 70.50% of the Company’s
10,139,861 common shares that were outstanding and entitled to vote at the Meeting as of the record date of August 6, 2024. Set forth below are the matters acted upon by the Company’s shareholders at the Meeting and the final voting results on each
matter. Each of the proposals is described in further detail in the Proxy Statement.
